WTF Happens If Something Goes Wrong?

We want you to love your Kilter stuff. Like, actually love it. Not “eh, it’s fine.” So here’s the lowdown on shipping, returns, and what to do if something shows up wrong.

We’re a two-person team building this brand with a lot of love (and a lot of late nights). That means we’re not a big warehouse operation, but we take care with every order.

We currently ship within the U.S. only. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once your package is on the move, you’ll get a tracking number via email.

Shipping options:

    • Standard shipping: $5

    • Expedited shipping: $10

    • Free shipping on orders over $50

Returns & Exchanges

We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect. If something’s off, email us at hello@kilterklub.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include:

    • Name

    • Best Phone Number for Contact

    • Your order number

    • A short description of the issue

    • Photos (see below)

If your order qualifies for a replacement, we’ll ship it as soon as we can. If the item is out of stock, we’ll ship it when it’s restocked or refund you if it won’t be coming back.
